<p>The eligibilty requirement of CBIT for M.Tech requires</p><ul><li>A Bachelors degree in Engg./Technology of Osmania University in the concerned discipline</li><li>AMIE/AMIETE or similar qualifications recognised by UPSC as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.</li><li>Valid GATE Score obtained in the GATE Examination/ valid rank obtained in&nbsp;the PGECET Examination.The minimum mark to qualify the PGECET Exam was 30 out of 120 mark for General and there is no minimum mark for SC/ST and PwD.&nbsp;</li></ul>
