  • The minimum eligibility requirement at Government College of Technology for M.Tech is as follows :-

    1. Minimum 50% at graduation level 
    2. TANCET exam scorecard
    3. Minimum 50% at 10+2 Level in the PCM stream

    The cutoff is prepared accordingly to the marks of TANCET exam and the ranks are announced.
