State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition started as ‘Food Craft Institute’ in the year 1996 and later became ‘Institute of Hotel Management’ in 2001. The Institute is situated in the sprawling city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. IHM was set up by the Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan and is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, NOIDA.
