    This paper will attempt to present the minimum eligibility for the LL. Programs available in the M. programme at the School of Legal Studies, CMR University is that any candidate should have a hold of an LL.B. or any other equivalent law qualification which is recognised from a university or an institution. Basic eligibility criteria as per the Boards standard include that the candidate should have scored more than 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PH candidates) in their LL.B. or equivalent examination.
