What is the minimum eligibility requirement for BTech at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat?

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent, with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Computer Science as subjects. They must have received at least 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST candidates) in these subjects.

Candidate must pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as an optional subject with a minimum of 75% aggregate to apply for BTech at IIIT Surat.
