Candidates seeking admission to XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM courses must have passed graduation or equivalent in any discipline, recognised by a University or Deemed University. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria for various PGDM courses offered by XLRI:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline along with a minimum of five years of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2020 in an organisation of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector after completing graduation
