Could you please tell me as which college are you planning to apply? Mostly, you need good marks in English and good percentage in your boards.

A score of 50% in 12th is required along with knowledge in English, Hindi and your regional languages and basic current affairs' knowledge too. With these you can apply for BJMC course.
