What is the minimum GATE score one should secure to get into PSUs?

There is no such criteria because every year data of cutoff varies very much. PSUs and stream which you are choosing is also important as well but if you talk in general if you are able to get 60+then you can be placed at good PSUs and 70+ you can find your dream one. The highest cutoff marks might even touch around 78 as far as data which I have seen and for SC category it was the lowest for instrumentation around 30, so it depends on factor which field you are choosing and vacancy, and prestige of PSU also matters.
