Hi Sha, the minimum score of any student that enters NTU is 1340. It is recommended that you aim to have score as high as possible to ensure admission in the University.
You may not be required to appear for IELTS or TOEFL if the medium of instruction during your studies has been in English.

Ug marks should be very good and GRE above 1300 and TOEFL above 100 is acceptable anywhere.
