An SC student needs about 200–250+ marks and a rank under 700 to get Aerospace at IIT Bombay.

SC rank needed → around under 700

 Marks needed → roughly 200 – 250+ (approx)

hi,

There is no fixed “minimum score” in JEE Advanced for admission into IIT Bombay because selection is based on AIR (All India Rank), not marks.

For B.Tech Aerospace Engineering:

  • SC category closing rank is usually around 300–800 (approx.)

  • This often corresponds roughly to about 80–140 marks out of 36

Dear Spatesh! For Aerospace Engineering from IIT-B, you need to have your AIR Rank below than 250-300 in Jee Advance. As per the last year's trends. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
