What is the minimum marks for SC category students to get the computer science branch?

On the basis of this year, approximately 100-110 marks is enough. But, I suggest you to forget your category and study, as general category and apply in mains with general category. Because, you will feel a difference in collage between you and others if you think you as SC category and go for preparation.

Approximately 130-140. Moreover, it depends on state quota and all India quota availability. Check on the college predictors with your marks.
