    The minimum marks required for B.Tech at ITS Engineering College 2023 for the general category candidates is 50% in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum marks required is 45%. However, the minimum qualifying percentile in JEE Main (Paper-1) may also vary from year to year as per the norms set by the college.
