  • To qualify the WBTET (West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test), candidates are required to achieve the minimum qualifying marks set by the conducting authority. Here are the qualifying criteria for WBTET:

    For General Category Candidates:

    Minimum 60 per cent marks are required to qualify the WBTET examination. 

    For Reserved Category Candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PH):

    There is a relaxation of 5 per cent for reserved category candidates, so they need to score a minimum of 55 per cent marks to qualify the WBTET examination.
