All the good Institutes will look into overall as well as sectional cut off, although it would not be possible to give any exact number of Questions one should attempt to get a good score but yes, you need not attempt the whole paper but on the basis of your judgment pick up those scori

A good percentile or not so good percentile are reltative terms and it also depends upon the highest score achieved in the exam. So the objective should be to answer as many questions

Though it is highly unpredictable as it depends on difficulty level and other factors, but to be on safe side, try attempting atleast 25 questions in each section out of 30 with above 90 percent accuracy

you could not measure it., it depends on the candidates cleared the exam.. just do your best and answer only correct.
