What is the minimum package I can expect after graduating from IITs?

    The answer would be zero.
    Yes, it is possible that you won't get placed even after going to IIT.
    Many of the newer IITs have decent placements but none has 100% placements. So it is possible that you won't get placed if you waste the four years during your engineering completely.
    Assuming that you won't completely waste four years and just be an average student I think you can expect an average package of around Rs 6 lakhs per annum (approx). But lowest package can also be around Rs 3.5 to Rs 4 lakhs per annum for newer IITs.
    Again, don't select a college based on only placements or package but consider everything right from your own inter

    THERE will be no reviews for minimum because the minimum will fall at zero. You should view the average package rather than the minimum that you can get with ur genuine effort.U can get it from the websites of respective IITs. It varies from IIT To IIT. For IIT Delhi the average package is 16.2. Where IIT Roorkee the average package is 9.1LPA. And so on

    No, IITs or even no other institute of the world guarantees a definite placement let alone the most prestigious institutes. There is no guarantee that you get an offer letter from a company or it's also a fact that you can be thrown out of the college if your CGPA is below their criteria.
    The above-mentioned conditions are just for the sake to make you come out of the wrong interpretation about IITs. Admission to IIT needs a lot of hard work.
