What is the minimum package offered to the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance students of TKWs Institute of Banking and Finance?

I am a PG 2016 student and I got placed in HDFC bank. I know the highest package offered in my class, it was around 5.8 LPA. I was placed at 4,20,000. All my batchmates were also placed at decent salaries in banks or other financial institutions.

Dear Amit,Institute of Banking & Finance is a very specialized institution that focuses on experiential learning. We prepare our students for very specific and valuable job roles in financial services. At the end of the program all students who successfully complete the qualification criteria are allowed to appear for campus placement. To answer your question, for the batch of 2016, our lowest placement for undergraduate course was around Rs 2 lakh and postgraduate course was around Rs 3 lakh. However, your concern for minimum package gets me really worried. As a student who has a 3 year learning horizon in front of you, I suggest that A. You should not join any course for the salary, but for your interest in that particular field. B. Also, when you join a course in your area of interest, believe that you will do well in it and hence focus on the highest packages offered. Best of Luck!
