Companies like Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Adani Wilmar, Altruist, Al-Rakha, Dharam Consultancy selected LPU students for International locations. The highest package availed is 21 LPA. More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment hrwith an average of 5-12 LPA packages and the highest package was 21LPA. Every year visiting companies escalate in number and till date University has recorded the highest placements in North India. The students can join an internship by sitting in the placement drive organized by LPU or they can organize at their own end. The students can work in banks (Private or Public), the Pvt sector or Public Ltd. companies, etc. The students have done an internship in Companies like IDBI, FUTURE GENERAL INSURANCE Company, COHO, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Karvy stockbroking, Decathlon Sports Ltd; etc.

Lpu provides ample opportunities to each and every student to secure good placement with the help of their placement cell. The university has been ranked high by various agenies like NIRF, MHRD with regard to placement of the students. Talking about the placement, the placement of MBA is quite good. The (2019-2020) year statistics of MBA is average package was -5.2 LPA the highest package -16.6LPA despite of this, the placement cell of lpu is very much active and every year new companies are coming to give placements to the students. So basically if we SEE the graph of placements in MBA sector it is increasing every year and this is good factor to check about placement gor any university. Other than this internship drives are also being arranged by division of career services in their respective semesters. The placements are exemplary. Im a pass-out myself and Im placed in a decent company, while some of my friends are placed abroad, too. Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. The university organizes many external workshops for us. The package provided by on-campus jobs is also satisfactory. University environment is pretty decent with high-tech security. They also organize regular interactive one-on-one sessions with experts where we can discuss our views and share our doubts and problems. MBA students are getting placed at an average package of &get;46 LPA in more than 100 companies. More than 150+ companies have already visited 20192020 MBA batch of MBA and nearly all of them are already placed and many of them already on OJT (on the job training). The package really depends on what he can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserved. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. LPU offers Study Abroad Programme that allows the students to experience the international study culture well under the framework of a different educational system abroad. Under this programme, the students study a part of the programme in a university (partner university) in a different country and earn the academic credits from that university. This programme is of a short duration ranging from 6 months to a year in different countries. Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have decade of experience. Faculty was really helping. Even they helped her after regular university hours for her projects.
