What is the minimum package that I would get if I have banking experience of 2.4 years?

Dear Amit, As you mention that you are already working in Banking field for 2.5 years, doing a PG Diploma in Banking & Finance can be immensely beneficial to you. The first big advantage that you would get is a significant RISE in your profile. Assuming that you are already working in Retail Banking function, you will be able to score opportunities in SME Banking or International Trade Finance. You can easily find out how prestigious and well remunerating these roles can be in your existing bank. Secondly, your question about minimum package would depend on your current package. In general, I can assure that after PGDBF you would get at least a 100% hike on your current package. Assuming that you are presently working with 2.5 to 3 Lakh per annum, getting a placement in the range of 5 to 6 lakh will not be difficult. Hope that I have been able to answer your question. It depends on the company policy. But, you need to be guided well and will get min. Rs. 20,000 and max. Rs.25,000.
