The minimum aggregate is not mentioned on official website. The eligibility for applying is Class 12 from Science or commerce stream. Compulsory subjects in Class 12 are English and Mathematics/Physics/Business Mathematics/Accountancy/Elements of Accounting/Accounting & Book Keeping/Computer.
