If you want to appear in JEE Advance then you need minimum 75%, otherwise if you want to take admission in any other college through JEE Mains Ranking then college criteria for percentage will be considered.

According to the eligibility criteria, the students who have passed their 12th class are eligible for appearing in JEE Mains exam. But to get admission in any IITs, NITs or IIITs, candidates must score minimum 75% in the 12th class.
