What is the minimum percentage required to study in top Canadian universities like McGill, University of Toronto & University of Waterloo?

Does the percentage requirement differ with different courses? Which university should I join if I get 95+ percentage?

All Canadian universities ask for minimum 60% percentage, counted as per Indian standards, for you to qualify for applying in Canada.
