What is the minimum percentile one has to get in Cat In general category and i have heard alot that staying is hostel is mandatory why?

Minimum cat score of 70 will make you eligible for applying in ibs hyd . Staying in hostels is mandatory for MBA students as the MBA life in IBS is pretty happening and you yourself will want to stay as close to action as possible :) . One more reason can be that college is situated outside the city

75+ for General in CAT. Because IBS HYD is a residential program alike MBA in IIM's. But not every campus of IBS has hostel facility so you can opt for any other campus also, if you don't want to stay in hostel.
