What is the minimum percentile required to be called for the gd/pi rounds? Do they give preference to candidates having work experience?

Yes.
Ofcourse work ex matters.
the cut off comes down considerably for exprncd candidates.
The cut off should be 60-65% ile.70%ile to be on the safer side.
For work ex 65%ile is good enough.
