Cutoff for interview is around 91 percentile for OBC category.

This varies greatly on the relative performance of people in your category.
Keep note of the fact that FMS offers its calls to 10x more students than it has seats available in the particular category. So if FMS has about 50 seats in NC OBC category you can expect calls for the top 500 people in NC OBC category who have applied to FMS (by top 500 I mean the highest scores as per FMS shortlisting criteria)
