What is the minimum placement package? Does the college provides 100% placement?

Initiatives taken by any University in terms of Placement of their students must be considered as prime parameter for selecting BEST University. Being alumni of LPU, I must say that, LPU is always pro-active for providing the best placement opportunity to its student. Lovely Professional University is always concerned about all round development of the students. Because of LPUs approach towards equal priority focus to all the students of all the courses for their future career prospect in terms of Placement, LPU bagged the highest placement record almost 100% in all the courses. In terms of placement in 2020, it was really tough for all to proceed further. Its tough for a University who wants to promote its student to get excellent placement. Its tough for the companies also to take decision on the acquisition of excellent young talents. Thanks to the availability of advanced technologies, upgraded stuffs in LPU & since the students were well prepared by LPU to overcome any of the situations to achieve their final goal, Lovely Professional University managed to achieve excellent placement record as always by securing more than 7000 overall job offers, internships, training for its students. Every year more than 550 companies used to visit LPU for placement purpose. As per my analysis, LPU is conferred with High Ranking by various outer agencies like following, 1) National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row. 2) Outlook has ranked LPU 5th among top 50 private Universities in India in terms of Placement. 3) Business today ranked among top 100 Private State Universities in India in Placement Performance category. These are very few rankings mentioned above. LPU is very much renowned for its mass placement in a single campus placement drive in Day 1. Just for example - Record placements with over 610 hired on a single day by cognizant. Tech Mahindra hired 250 students in one go, which is the highest for any campus drive conducted by tech Mahindra. Every year corporate giants like Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Amazon, Dell, Dainkin ,HCL ,Bosch ,Samsung are visiting campus for recruitment regularly. Excellent cutting edge Infrastructure, innovative pedagogy, high quality of students - these are some of the factors which attracts corporate giants to be associated with LPU. It will remain very easier for them to recruit qualified manpower as per their requirement from a single window without searching here & there.

Being alumni of Lovely Professional University, I would say that it is a Lovely Professional University which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all. LPU makes leaders who are not only thorough professionals but also good human beings with values. This is just one of the many reasons why it is consistently ranked no. 1. My experience at LPU has been phenomenal. They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with the latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good. The diversity of students from different cultures and different countries offers a good learning B.Ed to learn and develop a more inclusive mindset. This mindset helps in being more accommodating and less judgmental in personal and professional life. Scholarship programs up to 100% for brilliant scholars-LPU provides scholarships to sports personnel, wards of Defence personnel like ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE etc. Apart from that LPU conducts LPU NEST where student can score good and can grab 50% scholarship. Campus- LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 900+ acres. Gym, Hi Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel and a mall. Dear Manisha, I cannot share the placement details of the International Management Institute, Bhubaneswar but being alumni of LPU, I can share the MBA placement at LPU with you. Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the program. The maximum package available for the management programme is 21 LPA and the average package is 5.5 LPA. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. LPU is ranked 10th best university for Training and Placement in 2019 by Knowledge Review LPU got the Golden Star Award 2018 for being the University with the best placements in India. Yes, if you are capable , you will be placed. You have to understand that college is not a placement agency , it will provide you enough opportunities, but it will depend on you to convert it or not. But till now, fortunately IMI Bhubaneswar has 100% placement record.
