    Admissions to the BTech programme at the VJTI in Mumbai are open to candidates who have successfully passed the Class 12 or SSC or Diploma in Engineering with an aggregate score of at least 45%. Reservation categories have a minimum aggregate of 40%. The candidates should also qualify for the MHT-CET or JEE-Main entrance exam.

    The BTech programme at VJTI varies between three and four years. The selection is made on a merit basis only. Admissions are through the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. Then, students are selected; they must pass a written exam and an interview.
