What is the minimum qualification to do B.Sc in agriculture?

You need to be +2 with PCB/PCM. B.Sc agriculture is a four year degree course after which you would be eligible for Vacancy with Government of India. And companies dealing in Food and Argo Product.
There is a very good scope for this degree in current scenario.
There are colleges like Lovely professional University, BHU etc who have a very good course structure and Placement opportunities for Agriculture students. -

8 years ago12th with physics, chemistry and biology with 50% marks. Some colleges also take students with pcm subjects. -
You need minimum 50% in 12th with PCM or PCB.
