Eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Hons Agriculture programme I. e. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology or Forestry ).

Students who are interested to pursue B.Sc. Agriculture need a minimum of 50% in Class 12 with Physics Chemistry and Biology. In some colleges, they also require English as a compulsory subject. Students are exposed to Commercial farms (100 acres) to know-how that create an opportunity for students to engage and tone up their endurance, confidence and management skills. They were also engaged in complete cultivation practice of seasonal crops for 6 months, wherein land preparation till harvesting and marketing of the final products will be done by student to expose farming experience. Profit earned by selling solely shared by students of a group. The highest numbers of PhDs as faculty members are enrolled in School of Agriculture faculty members throughout the LPU university. These experienced faculty members mostly engaged in consultancy, research and publication to add immense value to the academic life. You need to be graduated with a recognised board in Science stream and there are different criteria for different colleges so I will tell you about a great university for Agriculture. LPU is the first private university to be accredited by the ICAR. Students are exposed to commercial farms (100 acres) and farm know-how, which allows them to engage and hone their endurance, confidence, and managerial abilities. They were also involved in 6-month full-scale cultivation practice of seasonal crops, from land preparation through harvesting and sale of the final goods, in order to gain agricultural expertise. Profits from group sales are completely divided among the students. The School of Agriculture faculty members have the largest number of PhDs among all faculty members at LPU. You must have passed the class 12th examination or its equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 60 % marks in compulsory subjects such as Physics.

B.Sc. Eligibility The basic B.Sc. Course eligibility is to have at least 50% in Class XII from any recognised board. Some premier colleges ask for 60% marks. The students must have studied core subjects like Maths Physics Chemistry agriculture (in this case) and Biology at their Higher Secondary level.
