Hello Simmy,
First you need to select the study destination.
Following are the requirements to pursue MBA abroad.
1) Minimum 16 years of education and a graduate degree.
2) A GMAT/GRE score.
3) TOFEL/IELTS score.
4) Transcripts of your mark-sheets.
5) Reference Letters.
6) A strong SOP.

The work experience criteria differs from university to university. But, most of the universities expect the candidates to have an optimum work experience at least for 2 years. Work experience from Tier 1 companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, etc. will have more weightage rather than startup
