RIE CEE selection basis doesn't provide us with options like minimum marks. The selection is based on both board marks and CEE marks. The entrance is based on state quotas and the strictly follows the admission process of selecting top students from each state whatever marks you may have. Top ten to fifteen students from each state are chosen to seek admission in a particular regional institute. You may be having a rank of 1000 or above but you still can get admission if you are from top eligible students.
