To be eligible for the B.Tech programme at the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Pune, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
- Obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in the above subjects taken together
- Be between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age
- Meet the physical fitness criteria, including height, weight and medical standards
