Package of Jims rohini isn't so good as compare to as of Jims- Kalkaji and fee is same .
Talking about loan scheme yes there are several loan schemes of government and of banks it self.
I suggest you to visit PNB/OBC for details about delhi government loan scheme under which no gurantee nothing required.

You only get upto 4lacs without security but above 4lacs you have to give 100% security like dd,property modgage.etc.
