What is the minimum score requirement in 10th, 12th and B.Tech to pursue MS in civil engineering from a good college?

I have got 8.2 CGPA in 10th, 72.4% marks in 12th and 73.78 % in B.Tech civil engineering (2012-16). Currently I am working in a construction engineering firm from last three months as a graduate trainee engineer.
