What is the minimum score that I need to get admission in a good IIT for CS? I'll be appearing for JEE Mains and Advanced exam this year.

The number of seats available for this course is really limited and hence you need to be somewhere near the top to get admission in the same. My guess is that this year you should aim to get around 200 in JEE Advanced exam to pursue CSE from IIT.
