The mode of admission at IIIT Lucknow is entrance-based for most UG and PG programs. Candidates must qualify for national-level exams such as JEE Main, GATE, CUET PG, IIT JAM, etc., and meet the cutoffs specified by the respective exam bodies. Eligibility criteria vary by course; for instance, UG programs require JEE Main scores and JoSAA counseling, while PG programs like MSc require IIT JAM and M.Tech requires GATE. PhD candidates need to qualify through relevant exams such as CSIR, UGC, or others, followed by a personal interview.
