The NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form can be submitted only in online mode through the official website.
How to Submit the Application Online?
- Visit the Official Website – nchmjee.nta.nic.in
- Register with your email ID & mobile number.
- Fill in the Application Form – Personal details, educational qualifications, etc.
- Upload Documents – Photograph, signature, and required certificates.
- Pay the Application Fee – Online payment via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submit & Download Confirmation Page – Take a printout for future reference.
