What is the mode of payment for International Students?
Only means I can pay application fees is telegraphic transfer.

Payment modes include the following :
Payment through Pay Pal services for some Universities.
Payment by credit or debit card with immediate notification of payment - The following cards are generally accepted:
MasterCard
Visa
Maestro (UK and International)
Visa Debit
Visa Ele

It depends on respective university. In most of the cases, it is either cash or demand draft
