IBPS Clerk salary in detail:
Basic Pay: 11765/- (in hand)
Special Allowance 911/-
Dear Allowance: 5311/-
Transport Allowance: 425/-
Total without HRA: 18413/-
HRA: 1176/-
Gross with HRA: 19589/-

The starting basic salary of bank clerks in public sector banks is approximately Rs.11750 per month. With all allowances like DA, HRA, CCA, etc. the average salary will be around Rs.20, 000 per month. This is without taking retiring benefits into consideration.
