Montana State University offers the Presidential Scholarship along with the merit-based scholarship to international students. The Presidential Scholarship is MSU’s most distinguished academic award focusing primarily on the scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership, and unique personal qualities of the students. The scholarship offers an annual tuition waiver and a generous stipend along with other additional incentives for each of four years at the University.
