The Nanotechnology course duration is different depending on the course level. For Diploma in Nanotechnology, you have to invest 3 years. If you are studying a UG course in Nanotechnology, it will span 8 semesters that will take up to 4 years to complete. On the other hand, if you plan to go for a PG Nanotechnology course, you will have to spend 2 years for the same, where the focus will be on research in the field of nanoscience and technology. You should think carefully about your interests and passions before heading for a master's degree Nanotechnology. Further, the PhD course will spread across 3 to 6 years.
