WHAT IS THE NATURAL REASON WHY MALARIA CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM SOCIETY since 1951 ?

there are many reasons like corruption ..lack of knowleadge among people ..dirty places surrounding us...besides that can really malaria can be destroyed ...............NO....SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE NATURAL REASON FOR IT.
