What is the need of doing SAP and ERP courses after MBA..Do these really help in any way?

Hello,
As a current student of MBA, I believe that SAP and ERP courses are really beneficical for the career growth whichever sector it be like manufacturing, Retail, FMCG or Financial services sectors.
