You have to appear in the next exam cycle if you did not qualify for the AIBE exam. The procedure is to register for the AIBE exam again once the application forms are out. Qualifying the AIBE exam is mandatory to obtain a "Certificate for Practice. " The Bar Council of India offers this Certificate following a 30-day examination period. To practice law in Indian courts, you must possess the COP; as a result, you must pass the AIBE test. There is no limit on age or attempts, so you can apply for AIBE as many times as you need to pass it.
