Two groups comprise the NIOS 10th subjects. Group A and Group B subjects are included in the NIOS 10th syllabus. Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Urdu, Gujarati, Kannada, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Assamese, Nepali, Malayalam, Oriya, Arabic, Persian, and Tamil are among the languages that are a part of Group A. Subjects covered in Group B are Data Entry Operations, Business Studies, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Social Science, Economics, Psychology, Home Science, Indian Culture and Heritage, and Painting. In addition to a minimum of five disciplines, students must take no more than two languages and at least one language.
