There are 4 increments given to an RBI Grade B Officer. The pay scale is as follows: 

Rs. 55200-2850 (9)-80850-EB-2850 (2) - 86550-3300 (4)-99750 (16 years). 

With the basic salary of INR 55,200 /- per month .

The number of increments given to RBI Grade B Officers is four. Initial basic pay is INR 55,200.  The basic pay is INR 80850 with the yearly increment. The basic pay is INR 99750 for the future years. Candidates also get allowances.
