    To fill the application form offline, candidates need to collect the form from the campus, & follow the steps given below:

    Step 1: Candidates can obtain the application form from the college along with the prospectus

    Step 2: Fill the application form by entering the required details and attach all the required documents

    Step 3: Either they can submit the filled application form at the college campus or they can send the form along with a DD of Rs 750 to the below-mentioned address:

    Professor/ Head, Department of Ph.D. Studies
