    The OTET is a state-level examination conducted for students wishing to teach school students as primary or secondary school teachers in the government schools of Odisha. BSE Odisha conducts the OTET to make students eligible for the recruitment of Classes 1 to Class 8 teachers in government, private aided, and private unaided schools of Odisha. Students who have cleared their Class 12th or Graduation with minimum qualifying marks are eligible to appear for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test exam.
