As per the result data of 2023, the overall pass percentage is 91.39%. Tamil Nadu SSLC exam pass percentage has raised by 1.38 percentage as compared to last year. This year, the girls have outshone the boys by 6 percent. The pass percentage of girls is 94.66% and the pass percentage of boys is 88.16%. A total of 6,97,212 students registered for Tamil Nadu Class 10 exam out of which 6,82,321 students appeared. 4,55,000 boys and 4,59,000 girl students appeared for the exam, 5,65,468 passed.
