MCA fresh graduates during campus placement can get starting CTC between Rs 3 to 4 Lakhs. Some fresh MCA who have niche skills and are from reputed Institutes may able to draw better CTC.

Cost to Company it is total pay including pay allowance gratuity and PF etc
