HCL TechBee has introduced the Early Career Programme which is a 12-month hybrid training programme completion on which candidates will be hired by HCL Tech with a starting salary of INR 2.2 LPA along with other employee benefits at the organization. In addition to this, students will also get a stipend of INR 10,000 while pursuing the Early Career Programme at HCL TechBee.
